ニュージーランドの大手ワイン専門誌、　”WINE NZ” 2013年秋号の表紙に、大沢プレステージコレクション　シャルドネ　2011　が選ばれました！

“wrapped in a creamy oak…” Smoky and nutty on the nose. In the mouth there are stonefruit, lemon, apricot and spice flavours, all wrapped in a creamy oak influence that’s quite toasty. There’s moderate fruit weight and nice balance. The wine shows as quite youthful at present but it looks like coming together and developing well with more with time.
